Its been November 2015 I gave my car which was in warranty period for servicing in Kun service center Hyderabad, there was a problem in car
front suspension So to correct it they suppose to replace the shocks and some other parts. As stock were not there they raised the indent
And promised me that they will intimate once they receives the stock ..
Surprisingly there was no call for more than one month then I started trying to contact them and there was no response
Then finally I came to know that service center was closed, I was shocked the way company is operating its a big multi national company
Which has closed their service center and no intimation to their regular customers ..
Story is not over, my issue is still not resolved then started searching for a service center in Hyderbad and found
Orange which is 15 to to 20 kms away from my place, I contacted them nothing less than 7 to 8 times over phone and physically
Visited once but all my trails gone in vein as there was very poor response from the team and no concrete solution
To my issue ..
Indent raised by KUN was in my warranty period and now warranty is expired but replacement not done yet, in the process I’m driving car
With the same problem from last 5 months and further any issue raise out of the existing problem clearly company is liable, people at service
centers doesn’t own customers And provide solution even after contacted so many times over phone and physical visit and response is so pooooor..
