Our car was met with an accident on 9th of july 2016. Got major body damage
Car was tao him as spare parts reken in regent auto service center in faridabad.
After 9/07/2016 they give my back on 12/09/2016. With incomplete process i. E. A. C was not repaired with approximate bill of rupees 2 lacs which paid apart from that bill i also gone for car service to ensure no other fault in car left.
Then after service i faced problem regarding clutch. Taken the car again to regent auto on 17/09/2016 they again said they are short of that part and asked me to take car and ensure no major fault will occur by it and return when they will ask, so i take my car back on 18/09/2016.
After this on 19/09/2016 they called and asked me to get the car to them as spare parts are arranged.
When on 21/09/2016 i was taking car to regent auto the car breakdown in the middle, and their road side assistance team took more than 4 hours to take the action and somehow the car was taken to regent auto.
And now they are saying clutch got damage and again i have to pay for it.
Every time only the service advisor change but the problem is as it is.
Please tell me what to do still from july to september they are unable to repair a small hatchback beat car.
This is really a torture to us. As it is causing loss of money as well as loss of time.
Who will give the compensation.
