This organisation (https://childhelpfoundation.in/) has website on which it's PAN was mentioned. On checking it with Income-tax department government website for listed organisations for tax exemption, no such PAN exist.

Yes even I have been getting daily calls from one lady hemani asking to donate. Good I found this information here. I would not waste my hard earned money donating these crooks.
Any idea about the work they do? I have also donated to them in the past and now the calls are very frequent.
They are not genuine. They are sending me the pics and details of the same kid from May. They tell different operation date every month. We need to file a proper complain with police and government against them.
Please do not donate to them. Only Milaap and Ketto are original as they provide actual details.

Hi All,
Even I donated 5000 earlier but since then even I used to get frequent calls. Today again I got call from Shilpa and asking for rs.2000 mentioning that kids don't have food for lunch.
Iam not sure should I donate or not??

I keep getting frequent calls. And I am not even working . They dont have a data base of working professionals an businesses who can support. Keep calling people who have donated before. I asked the emails of their founders to write to them, Even that they dont want to give . Why cant we get the email of founders . No transparency.
It might be difficult to determine whether they are genuine or not. They may be properly registered and have a valid PAN, but it does not answer the basic question about their genuineness. Forgetting that, their methods of fund raising is highly questionable - telephone calls at all hours, avalanche of messages, begging tone of their messages and so on. I have contributed my little to various other institutions who have never pestered me. Once, i made a mistakenly large amount to Leprosy mission and when i contacted them about it, they promptly refunded it, following up till closure. I have stopped contributions to this organization, though feeling a bit guilty about how it may hurt genuinely needy persons.
I've experienced the same. The calls don't seem legit and they are very frequent.
