The payment for bsnl landline has been done for rs.384/- in the selection of operater airtel landline.
By mistake payment done with wrong operater, it should be bsnl instead of airtel landline.
Landline number :[protected]
This kind of number is never in airtel landline so payment must be rejected or returned like paytm or other wallet.
But mobikwik is unique like anything. From past a week i am trying to contact customer care and repeatately complaining in help section and bbps and all other places but no response at all.
