chiranjeevi — I am disappointed due delay of replacement my Moto M

Hi Team,

I received this product on 23rd Jan 2017. My problem is no accessories in
box. Immediately I raised replacement this product. Flipkart customer
service told 1st delivery date given on 25th Jan 2017 (not yet delivered
but my request is canceled) again 2nd delivery date given 28th Jan 2017
10:00AM(not yet delivered but my request is canceled) & again I received
mail from Flipkart 3rd delivery date given 29th Jan 2017 9:00AM(today also
not yet delivered but my request is canceled) again I contact to customer
care. Again 4th delivery date is given 1st Feb 2017(I have check whether
they will deliver or not). But still I am not yet received item.

How many times I have to raise? Please provide valid reasons.

Please confirm finally my replacement will deliver or not.

If not I will go for legally to proceed to further.
