[Resolved] Chis — cancellation of membership

Now that we have the chis id and login details, we are not able to use the membership and book our vacations.

We have emailed on customer care also but no reply in 2 days.

What is the point of having membership, when we cannot use it.

We have asked for so many times to cancel this membership as its very new and we have not avail any of their so called deals.

Please help us to get our money (Inr 1.4 lacs) and cancel this chis membership as soon as possible.

As per the managers of CHIS, membership is not Refundable. So we thought of giving another chance to them for planning our vacations and make them to their words as committed during selling the membership
