Choice Chemtech — Replacement of a battery

I Purchased a New Platina bike DL9SCB5603 from Dewan Bajaj (F-1/1, , RZ-F 1/1, Mahavir Enclave Palam Dabri Road, Opp. Sector -1, New Delhi, Delhi 110045) around for months ago. but after using my bike for 3 months. I found its battery is not working properly. and nowdays its battery is fully died. I register my complain for replacement .they took a battery from me on[protected] for replacement and They said i will receive a new battery within a 2-3 days.But till today 12 days are passed but i did not received any kind of battery from you. and they are not giving me any kind of revert. so please give me a new battery as much early as possible .because its already too late .
