This site sells 100% fake products and cheats
The images in the site are from original product
The images shared by the support contact number also original product images in whatsapp
But what you gonna get is 100% fake very low quality product (None of the images are of the product) - cheating!!!
Ordered airpod pro (There special version - ceramic)
Contacted the support contact number in whatsapp for the product details
Confirm that it has features close to original with pics of original airpod pro
Asked to help to feel the product before buying - answer was "no"
And confirmed by the person in chat that return and refund is possible, if not happy with the product screenshot attached
Order placed and paid on 5th feb
Asked support to cancel before shipping as its shipping was delayed
Not supported and shipped on 13th feb
14th delivered
Contacted the support number in whatsapp regarding below listed product issues
1. Poor sound quality
2. Fake ceramic varsion, light is leaking from every ware, its not ceramic its cheap plastic
3. Noise cancellation not working
4. Whistling/buzz sound from speaker if there is no audio
5. Missing charging cable in the box
Answer for above complaint was need to use external app!!! Not possible to use in ipod/ipad/iphone se
As per the support persons request shipped the product back to their warehouse in my own expense, thinking of the refund
After return delivery now he says there is no refund policy (Its in terms &conditions)
The site front main page says "returns and exchanges"
Please note :- its not return for refund - it's mean for exchange please return
Now neither i have the headset nor the refund
