This is to bring into your kind information that I Mr. Ranjan Kumar Gupta (Resigned Employee from Chola Business Services Ltd - CBSL) had applied for withdrawal of my PF amount bearing PF No. TNMAS[protected] DOJ in CBSL 12 Nov 2012, Last Working day 14th Feb 2015, Employee ID - B0796, Working Place - Ranchi.
Unfortunately i have been following the HR deptt of mentioned company since Apr 2015 for completion of the verification process and consequentially send the application to Regional PF Office for Payment of the accumulated PF amount, as confirmed by EPFO Chennai, still employer have not submitted the PF withdrawal Application to EPFO office chennai. and they have turned a deaf year to my application and follow up.
