Choudhary logistics gurugram called me via quickr and confirmed he will take all the stuff at 10k then after packing i paid 5k and loaded the stuff on 30th aug 2017, i also asked to get my stuff insured and he said it will cost 3k. I said ok.
Later he send a bill of 18895 which include 3k insurance and 5895 as different type of taxes. I said you havnt informed of any taxes to also paid over 10k, he said its how it work. I had now no option than to pay, later he agreed on 16k. I paid the amount and got to know my cargo was hold by him till that time (4-5 days) which he never commuincated.
Later on 9th september when i got the consignment i find my tv missing there was one non operational tv in my tv packing which was also in teared down situation and my sofa cum bed was totally damaged.
I imidately called him ([protected]) he asked me to send the pics on whatsup no ([protected]) and then after i had send the pics 3 times on same whatsup number. He always some excuse and say he will look into. I also called the insurance company to inform the incident and asked do i need to fir, they said not needed some one from there company will contact you, later after many chase some one came took the pics and and the come the funny part they are asking me of any acident happened of vehicale which brought my cargo. How can i tell if that would have happened. Later got to know the policy state you can claim the insurance only if vehcale met accident or get fire, even if there would be any accident and if cargo company and insurance company start playing for each other they can easily manuplate thing. Which means this policy it self is a fraud. This policy looks more of vehicale insurce than my cargo insurance.
Even the policy which he provided now saying they can't cover this (2455/00008832/000/00) Was this information helpful? |
