Booking no.DO[protected]:30 pm. dt. 14/10/21. We reached 15 minutes in advance considering it was a Durga Puja day. The person in charge of the outlet said that they were not honouring any advance booking. But after a wait of about half hour we were provided table.
Since they didn't honour your reservation, there was no point asking for any dineout discounts.
