I have placed two online orders to chupchaplelo.com, order no OID404399 & OID404392, which i wanted to return due to multiple issues like size, fitment, product quality as per return guidelines mentioned on website.
Customer support for the website refused the order stating that "product supplied as per your order" and can not be returned. Basically they are not honoring their return policy.
