I ordered a Samsung 20000mad power bank and received it in a defective condition. There was no light on it, it was without charger and not functioning. I informed the chupchaplelo team and they have outright rejected my claim saying that this product will not be returned in any case. Though they were immediately informed about it.
This a cheating scam that is being done by the company. I request you to please take the strongest action to curtail such misleading and unfair practices of the company to make an example over the industry and refund my money.
