On 15th April 2022, visited restaurant with family for lunch and order few items. The Mushroom Fried Rice (attached photo of bill), when served did not see steam coming out and then realized while eating them it was cold not warm. When complained to Lady Waiter, she was mute but when left murmured bad about us. Another Male waiter came to serve us Veg Biryani, when complained about same, he started laughing loudly, some of his saliva might have fallen into our plate. This was very disgusting. Now when asked to give Raita to guy in White Shirt, he ignored after multiple calls and didn't provide us anything but was busy chitchatting with his Manager. Now when wanted to Pay bill, it was Rs 1047.90, used Credit Card to swipe on their POS machine, but they entered amount Rounded Off to 1048, when i asked such digital payment don't need any Round Off, they dint agree and forced to make payment because it was mandatory from their Management. All this pathetic behavior and harassments is not accounted for. Need to change complete Staff and management.
