This is reference our complaint dated 05/04/2022 & 08/04/2022 regarding above cited subject .
While we are applied for FSSAI License Amount Rs. 1008.26 was debited in my bank account but application was not submitted and other payment was made for the same.
The reference id of debited payment as under:

You are requested please refund the same as per your procedure and take appropriate action accordingly.
