[Resolved] CIBIL — Fraud done by the cholamandalam investment & finance company

Respected Sir/ Madam I Mr Mangilal Mehta have been applied for a loan in the Cholamandalam Investment and Finance company. I still got my loan. I had a word with the agent from whom I have done the loan procedure. Sir/ Madam without my notice 2 ECS Has already been send in my Bank account. This is a big fraud done by the bank and the Cholamandalam Investment and Finance company. I request u to take strict and quick action on my compalint.

Respected sir/ madam I didn't apply anny loan or didn't take any loan from cholamandalam but its showing loan in my credit report and showing late payment how could they can please solve it i am very frustrated because of my bad cibil report

Same thing happened with me. I never took any loan from CHOLAMANDALAM INVESTMENT AND FIN COMPANY LTD and I am getting a consumer loan of rs 20, 353 and due to this my credit score has gone down drastically.
