On last 29th July I applied for addition of my daughter in the same policy. Also I paid the extra premium amount Rs. 15, 179.14/- (for my daughter) via online from my kotak bank account.
Due to Medical history they rejected the policy only for my daughter and they informed me via mail on 30th july. Also on that mail they mentioned that I will get refund of the premium amount Rs. 15, 179.14/- within 7 working days. But still now i didnot get back my money. Already I requested the customer care so many times. but they didnot help me. please help me to get back my money. Was this information helpful? |
