I had made an online purchase of 1 No. Tee-Shirt from their portal "Cilory.com" on 27/06/2014. During the purchase of the product they had commitment to deliver the product by 30/06/2014. But, even after repeated requests for updation of delivery status the customer support executives showed complete ignorance by either dropping down the phone call without any feedback or any reply to emails sent.
By that time I had submitted a request for refund of my money paid on the portal which too fell at deaf ears & I was bound to purchase another alternate product from local market for some event in family.
Then on 10/07/2014 suddenly the product was delivered at my address but was of no use to me as I had already made a purchase from market.
Now, since that day I have been trying to contact Cilory.com both through phone calls and through e-mails but again the same ignorance being displayed from their side.
Even after repeated requests & warning they have been dropping calls after listening to my problem with out any response & sending no replies to any of my mails sent.
