Cine Time — I am complaining about the rude behavior of the staff member present at the ticket counter

I asked for five tickets for sui dhaga. He gave me 2 printed tickets and his printer stopped working.
In view of reparing his printer he wasted 15 minutes and i was continuosly requesting him to give me the tickets fast as already my movie had past for 20 minutes.
In reply of which, he shouted on me and said to me that he will not give me the tickets.
The person was misbehaving and also the other staff present there was too the same.
There was no one to listen to me amd i felt as if i am in a very unsafe place, which i will not recommend any one to go.
Place: cine time bahadurgarh.
