Cinemark — payment done but snacks not served

Today me and my husband went to watch mardaani movie at cinemark akota, vadodara. Before we entered the auditorium we ordered snacks and asked the person to send it on seat in a few minutes but no one came till interval. Then my husband went outside and reminded that person that we have not yet received the order so send it soon. But no one came till the movie was ended. I need to claim the compensation for same want some action should be taken on this.
