[Resolved]  Cinepolis India Pvt — tickets not received

I, ve booked 2 tickets on 03.05.2018 for 102 not out on 04.05.2018 at 08:20pm through the cinepolis app, seats selected were g4, g5. The amount got deducted however i haven't received and email nor sms with regards to the tickets. Payment was made through bank debit card. Need a refund or a copy of a ticket.
