Cinepolis Mantra Mall — regarding the food

Address: Rangareddy, Andhra Pradesh, 500048

As per the new orders of the telangana state government, any movie theatre has no restrictions on the food that can be taken along with the audience. But this mall that i have mentioned above still imposes its rules stating that "outside is strictly not allowed". I think so government should take the required steps regarding this issue. Also the prices of food is too high in this particular theatre. I hope this issue will also be looked into.

Cheating staff, i ordered combo set of veg sandwich, they delivered half food and rest they said will get it soon, but they don't bought any, and if i went and ask they said we don't no anything about your order, they are taking money and not making invoice not serving food, fraud cinilpolies staff
