[Resolved]  Cinepolisindia — no tickets received but money got deducted from google pay

Hi team,

I did a booking for cinepolis bhubaneswar on 31st dec, 2018 around 1:15 pm ist for moview kgf. Trasaction got completed of rs 610/- for two tickets from google pay but i did not get the tickets. I have not received my money back yet. Can you please assist here?
