My name is NEELAM Lodha and I received two Cinerewardz vouchers from Reliance Retail and I paid Rs 60 for each voucher. Registration nos CR8f3c8a371 and CRe79467880. We tried innumerable times to book tickets online on their sight without success because the submit button did not work.
Once the booking did go through on the 16th but we got no reply after that. On calling we were told there are some connectivity issues but we will get in touch. But that never happened. The vouchers expire on the 25th of March and today is the 21st. I live in Delhi and have tried calling again but cannot get through. I have wasted money on STD calls and my time. How is one expected to make bookings if they do not go through. Plus there are so many rules regarding bookings like before 2 days and within 7 days, different cinemas dates and dates etc. We are being duped by CineRewardz. Was this information helpful? |
