This is to inform that we have ordered a high speed table fan, CINNI Made with product code- B0918K9T3V, HSN CODE[protected]. When we received the order, it seems to be defective and fan was not running. We asked for the replacement and they got it replaced with the defective one. But again after the replacement, it's the same issue. we had already made the payment and right now when we are asking for the refund, no response from their side at all. I request to sort it out at the earliest and make the refund process hassle free.
