[Resolved]  Cisf Shrikant Id Card Misuse — fraud on olx by selling phones on cheap rate

Hi myself shashank jain. Today - 7-oct-2018. I got cheated on olx by giving advance ra 4000 to the cisf personel srikant. The person put a advertisemnt on olx for selling iphone x in 41000. When i see the add i talk and chat with them regarind buying. He replied mobile number and i called him. He said i m army person my name is seikant here is my id. I m posted at igi airport. I said ok no problem i can purchase iphone x i can come at igi airport. Then he denies and said its not possible to interct as it is not possible to checkout etc. I can send courier at your place also. I feel good on that. He said you can transfer some amount on paytm and rest you can give it to courier person. Deal is final in 4000 by paytm and rest is on cash. But one point noted he said i can't accept cash as i m army person so please send all money in paytm. I said ok then he said courier will take only 2 hour to your place i m sending all bill and box with him. Bill name also shows srikant soo der is no doubt. After two hours i m waiting i called him thenhe said yaah yaah courier is on the way. Then i got a call from express overnight courier on which i made rs 4000 payment beacuse shrikant tell me to tranfer money on courier company paytm. Then the courier person told me my adress and said i m on the way and said the army officer is very good man sir our compny also trust him. He take all 40000 from our company in advance soo it is prepod order as you have to pay rest 36000 soo that i can come to your place for delivery. I told him i can not give any more money without seeing mobile. He and shrikant overcall both arguing me trut me n all. This is prepaid order you have to make transfer. But this time i have some serious words with him and i have fully doubt they both are fraud. I ask him to return my money they said sir mobile toh courir compnay ke pass hai and they charge 5000 penalty from me to reverse that order. Now they have my money and also i adhar card number which they askto send me on whatsapp. I m soo tensed.
