Car loan obtained from cmfl in 2003 towards purchase of maruti alto was repaid in full (Together with interest thereon) by me for car no hr 51m-9320. However, i have not received the form no.35 nor noc so far. I am unable to sell my car without the form. And noc. I have talked on following customer care no. Of citi corp finance ltd. And citi bank :-

No satisfactory response is received whenever i tried to contact sector 9, chandigarh branch of citi bank. Issue is not settled. Request to all, please help me in this regards.

I was having my car loan from "CitiCorp Maruti Finance Ltd" since 2007. After googling it a bit i found out there is no cost required to get your NOC and other required forms.
Background of that bank:
As of November 2012, Citicorp Maruti Finance Limited was acquired by Citicorp Finance (India) Limited.

After providing them just my Registration details they found my loan number and all details in their records.
Ask them you require NOC for your car loan and they will confirm your address and send it without any charges.
I received mine within 5 days.
