I Initially invested 11 lakhs in 2010 & I renewed 11 lakhs in 2016 in investment plan and also haven't paid interest since last 10 months and i want money back as i have submitted redemption request on[protected] and they have told me that i will receive money after 10 to 12 months where as i need money in emergency as my mother is ill and required it urgently.

Hi I have invested in this company for an amount of INR 10 lakhs in 2015, Since i reside abroad i do not have any policy no or nor did the agent gave me any details his name is Paul Leo Dsilva from kalina, How can i obtain my policy no i have the bank records with me with I paid to citrus inn ?

I had invested in two policies. Plan name CROWN-FAMILY. Certificate no. CNF[protected] DTD 25/04/2012 and PLAN NAME JEWEL-COMBO-M Certificate no.JCM[protected] DTD 25/04/2012. I was paying through cheques n cash payments too. I have paid late payment charges too. Could please someone let me know the procedure to reclaim the amount i have paid for alnost 4 yrs. I started investing in this co. from March 2015. Every month I was paying 1, 500/- through cheques and sometimes by cash too in Jewel plan family option. All the instalments were collected by Mr. Gajanan T. Salgaonkar from Goa and he is to give me all the receipts for the payments I paid. I invested for almost 2 yrs and 6 months. After the news about co being fake and cheating clients I stopped investing and gave redemption request along with adhaar copy and bank details to the agent, he informed saying that the amount will be credited in account by end of November 2017. I was doing regular follow ups but till date nothing I received. Can somebody assist how to claim the amount?
