[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — sun direct

Have recharged a subscription pack of sundirect, ₹ 210 through sun direct apk.. The money has been deducted fro my account by citrus solution pvt ltd as the gateway of sundirect for transcation. But the money is not reached to the sundirect till now. I am attaching a screen shot for your reference. Please do necessary action to get my sundirect get recharged as early as possible

I reacharged rs: 849 in my sundirect accont on 31/3/19 at:5.6 pm citrus solution pvt ltd recived my money but my sundrect account not be reacharge.what this I want my money back

On 17/03/19 while making payment of Gas. It is not reflected at HP gas. But my account debited by Rs. 709.92. Please help how I get refund of the same.

I've made a payment for Comedk and Uni-gauge application on 26 march 2019 using HDFC netbanking, in the end 'Payment was unsuccessful' message was shown but the amount was deducted from the account.
Help me by refunding the money
