[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Unsuccessful transaction and returns

I made a payment on the ZARA mobile application using UPI, the payment was successfull and the amount was debited from my bank account but it was not received by ZARA and hence my order was cancelled. Please initiate a refund immediately. Receipt is attached below.
