Cits Canada It Outsourcing Company — been cheated by data entry job given by company cits and salary hasn't been given

I have been cheated by a company called CITS which gave me an offer letter, confirmation letter and salary letter. They said the payment is on 4th April 2019 art 5pm and now when I am trying to contact them, the number is switched off. They also asked me to make a payment of Rs.8500 which is the Processing charges through Google pay and now that account is not active when I checked Google pay. I haven't got the salary and I haven't got any refund of 8500 also they asked me to pay Rs. 445 to get a code to activate my account. Please help me with this. I am from kerala. I need my money back
