[Resolved]  City Financial Consumer Finance — loan clearance certificate

I had taken a two wheeler on vehicle loan ap20q8427 in 2008 from city financial consumer finance and also cleared the loan, but i haven't received the loan clearance letter from the company.

Due to that my vehicle registration number is displaying hypothecated to 'city financial consumer fin' and unable to change it without the loan clearance letter.
