I had taken a loan form IDFC FIRST Bank
Unit No-202, 2nd Floor, "E", Wing, Silver Star CHS, sector - 18, kamothe, Navi Mumbai - 410209

Bank is insisting to bring the Mortgage NOC from CIDCO on their name, I have submitted online application for mortgage NOC on CIDCO portal with all required documents but no response from CIDCO.

Taloja phase 1 sector 7 lake is not cleaned from a time ago. It is now very smelly, and it is full of thrash, tree and small grasses hav been grown up in the lake and beside the lake which has become the home of snake and mosquito which and many other insects and some of the people have tied a cow in the lake premises. This is regarding water supply shortage in Ulwe Node Navi Mumbai Sector -8 and 9 since last 6 months where Tanker mafia are earning lakhs and crores and residential people are suffering day by day due to shortage in water supply. It's been 2 months that i had done online payment to cidco for Transfer of my property in Airoli. The main officer in cidco office sector 3, Airoli ( Chandrakant Mhatre ) is not giving me papers.. everytime he says i will check and let u know. I have visited so many times there but he refused to give my paper everytime gives new excuses. Please do needful

What Is Going in Kharghar And Taloja no water from last 15 days. Every week you make a new drama that reparing is going on, water line is burst somewhere etc etc. You are forcefully trying to make morcha for water. Tanker service is also not proper and if tanker comes they want money. What is this ???? If the morcha began so keep in mind you will not leaved...Think for the common people you are living a lavish lifestyle but common people...

Dear Sir,

I would to inform that there are many construction sites clearing debris from finished site and dump it in the storm drain ( nala), this is making the area dusty & messy.

Also if the storm drain gets filled with debris the rain water in storm drain overflow on road, which is a serious danger to buildings.

I hope CIDCO has some control on this.

Also all construction sites...
