City & Industrial Development Corporation [CIDCO] — Requested NOC's to fulfill CIDCO procedures is denied by the Society

Address: C-37, 1:6, Ajinkyatara CHS, Sector-24, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

I am resident and owner of the flat of Ajinkyatara Co Op Housing Society, Sec-24, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.
I have sold the flat. Purchaser has done this transaction by taking Home Loan by SBI. In this case, Bank requires Mortgage NOC from Society. In fact, now as per new rules by CIDCO, CIDCO also requires one transfer NOC and one mortgage NOC from Society.
Society Chairman and Secretary are denying to issue these NOC. They have issued only one Transfer NOC to me. Rest two are still denied by Society.
