I have ordered two shoes from clark's online on june 30th where they promised a delivery time. Of 7 days. A week later i got an email saying order will be delayed due to gst with no confirmation on delivery date (That's horrendous!). I have emailed them several times whenever i send a harsh email to cancel my order and issue refund they would send an auto-response saying my order will be dispatched in 48 hours. I have tried calling their toll free number (Atleast ten times on three consecutive days) and no answer. Is there anyway to lodge a complaint in the consumer court for delayed delivery/not issuing refund upon request? Any help would be very useful Was this information helpful? |
