They have made a counter outaide delhi isbt, who are just cheating people for money. There bus service is so bad. They pverlpad the bus with passengers. And cheating people by saying the wrong destination. We took tickets for jalandhar because they said bus going to jalandhar. But there service is wrong. There bus nit go to jalandhar. There last stop is ludhiana and after reach ludhiana they told all the passengers to leave the bus and go sit in other bus. They cheated all the passengers by telling wrong deatination. They sell tickets foe jammu, amritsar, jalandhar, pathankot, hoshiarpur, phagwara. They took money upto the passernger' destinaton. But leave all people in ludhiana, and from there after changing bus, need to take ticket again. Thia bus service is directly cheating money from people. We are around 37 passengers who have paid money for our destination but we were left at ludhiana. This bus service permit should be canceled who are just doibg fraud with people. While buying tixkets they say there ba is volvo bus, but there busses are third class and fully overloaded with passengers. All the passengers suffer a lot and lost there money because of there service. Many of the passengers are from middle class and cannot affford money to buy the tickets again. This few passengers are helpless and out of money now.. Suffering because of this classic bus transport.
