[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Bills raised for gprs ( unused)

I purchased two sims from clay telecom for my singapore trip in may 2015. And i used those sims on basic sets ( one doesnt had gprs facility and on other i deactivated the gprs settings ) . But still the company has raised gprs charges on me . When i asked thier manager vikas dwidedi, he replied that query has been raised and i will get the refund due to me after sorting out the issues . But till date company is mailing me the unrectified bills . Instead of checking thoroughly the complaint made, they are sending mails. Its so pathetic . Will never /suggest/buy sim from clay telecom .
