[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Never trust Clay Sim Cards for anything that they say

I had opted for a UK sim card from Clay Sim Cards with 10GBP plan which entitled me for 500 free minutes call back to India. I was told that the minutes wud show in the bill but will be discounted in the final amount. When i saw my bill, i was charged for every second for all the calls that i made to India. NO FREE MINUTES !!! Clay Telecom is a CHEAT and despite so many calls and emails my bill still isn’t discounted off the minutes. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Never Using this again!

Clay Sim Cards have false claims and pathetic customer services!! Pretty much all that i experirnced on my 3 day trip to Thailand with their sim card. Never using it again in the future..
