They are the worst when it comes to network coverage and billing ethics. I was using their sim card for Singapre and it was a basic plan. I had given my credit card details only as a guarantee and had clearly instructed them not to charge the card. I did not even get the bills, but an amount of 15k was deducted on my card against the sim usage. After much raucous, they mailed the bill 10 days later and it was all wrong.
