Clay Telecom has the worst customer service that I have seen so far! I am still trying to get my $100 refunded that I had used to recharge my phone some 3 months back, but because my sim stopped working all together I couldn’t use the money!! None of their customer care people have been of any help. They just keep transfereing my call to someone new everytime that I call them. And till date I have got no constructive answer from their end. Its really disappointing that u make money off your customers like this! For all friends, please do not go for Clay Telecom!
