[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Terrible customer services from clay sims

Firstly my experience wasn’t great as was promised from these guys. Their network was bad and now when I see the bill that they have charged is a shock. Rs 25000 for 7 days in Singapore. I have been constantly and emailing calling Mr Rao and also their customer care n for an explanation but its all a waste. On the contrary when I logged in for a new inquiry for a sim card for US, from my wife’s number I got an instant revert and also got arranged a call to understand my needs. Imagine my anger that when it comes to owning to their mistakes these guys act like this, but when they want to fool a customer again, they are super quick in their responses. Can someone help me here?
