Very poor customer support from clay sim cards --- I have had used clay international sims twice or thrice in totality and this time I have got so fed up with their services in Malaysia that its driving me crazy. I still am in Malaysia and been here for only 5 days now that I have finally decided to post my experience o[censored]sing their services. The network quality is pathetic and really poor. There are hardly any signals in the hotel where I am staying. While I had the same issue last time also, I had asked the sales guy to check if this would work there or not and his answer was: “ sir we are known for our excellent network connections”. Really excellent I must say, that I can hardly make any calls. To add more to this, I have been trying to get through to their customer care for help but none extended so far. So this goes out to all my friends and other who are planning to use a clay sim card, please think twice else you will also be stuck in a situation like this with no help.
