Very rude customer services staff --- I was using Clay Global Email service for US and was facing issues with accessing my emails all the time. There was a significant lag in receiving them and sending them out. Also, I wasn’t able to use my blackeberry services at any given time of the day. So when I called their customer services @[protected], first they were rude in attending the call, almost kept me on hold for good 10 minutes and then when someone came on the call, he just put me off by saying that I need to switch on and switch off the phone till the time it doesn’t start working fine. I mean he should have just said that he isn’t interested in helping me with anything. Surprisingly I paid good 35 GBP for a service that worked like . It was an experience where I realized good services come with quality and Clay Sims are definitely not one of those. Wont be using their services again.
