[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Worst Customer support experience !

Clay Sim Cards have the worst customer support people on their rooster.. I had taken a clay international sim card for US and despite all my efforts of trying to get the sim working, there was absolutely nothing.. So i landed up calling their “EFFECIENT” customer centre. It took them 15 minutes to answer my call and then another 5 minutes to transfer to the concerned deptt who in turn didnt know how to help me so kept me on hold and ultimately disconnected my phone! I was literally on the phone for 30 minutes with no respite from their customer care ppl. With such a horrible experience i doubt that i will ever use/ recommend such services to any person!
