I had to to renew my 4 wheeler insurance by 21 Sept 2016. Click insure agents call up for around 15-20 days, 6-8 times each day and orally quotes the premium of Rs.19, 200.00 (Reliance)for my below requirements:
IDV: 8.4L
Covers: Bumper-Bumper along with Nil-Dep.
I agree and a person shows up at my home to collect the cheque. So, once after they collect the cheque, there is no update for 2-3 days. Then I call the agent, Harini, with no response. Meanwhile, the cheque is encashed. Till date, I have written numerous emails and call daily with only assurance that I'd be receiving the renewal policy. However, till date I have not received the policy. Just hoping some help on the same. I do have all the records of the email communication

Horrible service... Avoid like the Plague ...!!!

The Telecallers were pestering me 4-5 times daily for renewing my car insurance ( Ms Amrutha ) and after I had paid my premium online to Future Generali, there was absolutely no response from Clickinsure. I was asked to send my previous premium policy copy and even after that no response from the company for last 4 days...still waiting...

Absolutely horrible and fraud company.i had the same experience in 2017. My car insurance due to expire in Aug and 4 weeks ago they took cheque for reliance insurance and no following up no response and after calling up to cancel cheque they send me a pic of a form calling as cover note. The lady who contacted was Amrutha. After wasting 4 weeks I finally cancelled my cheque and emailed them and even then they send me SMS that they are trying to encash it. Horrible and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
