Respected Sir/Madam,
I'm K Mahesh from Mahabubnagar (TS) writing this mail to bring your notice about safety issues of your services. Knowing that your services are effective we are using since two months but our information is not secured. One of the other shop owner is taking our invoice and contacting them. Last time we complained about this issue in the MBNR branch itself then they started saying that no information will be passed from their side. And now again the same issue got repeated and this time they are saying that our parcels will be sent along with everyone only. We doubt on the branch people only that they are giving our invoice details to others because there is no other way to get revealed. This is creating a big issue for my business. Kindly request you to take an action considering it as a serious problem.
