Clouds Holidays Delhi — Complaint

Terrible and disastrous experience. When we started our tour, everybody was extremely excited. But as days passed it became a nightmare. The agent vikas mishra who took the responsibility of d tour didn't even show his face, and everytime we called him for help he n aparajita mishra were too harsh. Coordination was also poor. The most awaited sight seen of rohtang pass was ruined due to their negligence. They did not inform about the terms n conditions of entering rohtang. We were totally disappointed. While returning from manali, we were asked to wait at vaihno devi temple. Then after 2 hrs we were told to go to shani temple bus stand, which was 3 km away. We with our 80 yrs old father n luggage reached there. And how we went there only we know. In delhi the hotel provided by them Hotel Delhi City Centre was okay but the housekeepers' attitude was rude n impolite. Their attitude was so as though we were staying there free of cost. Although we paid the whole amount well in advance. So i[censored] r planning ur tour wid clouds holidays, I strongly recommend not to go wid dem, 1000 times.
