This complaint is in reference to the warranty claim made 19/08/2022 for "IFB 20 L Convection Microwave Oven" (B00A7PGI18)
I would like to bring into your notice, that I purchased an "IFB 20 L Convection Microwave Oven" (B00A7PGI18) on 02/12/2021 which stopped working on 19/08/2022.
Immediately, I called the customer care on ([protected]) and requested to create a service ticket for resolving the issue (Ticket Number - [protected])
After creating the ticket the technician came to visit for service on the same day "From "Perfect cool service" IFB Authorized Franchise and asked me to pay 3600 rupees. I provided him invoice (including warranty slip) and told him that this is still in warranty. The technician declined to provide service without payment.
I paid the amount just so that I can get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Now, its been three days neither the service center providing an update on my ticket and nor technician who came for visit.
I called service center again today at 11.45AM. They informed me that the technician will visit today but they cannot confirm the time. at 5.53PM I called the service center again to inform them that no one came to visit for service yet. they said they will talk to the technician and call me back for an update but they didn't and the service center number is switched off ([protected])
