I ordered a 32000mAh power bank with free i7wireless headset of rupee 999 from the fast best deal(Facebook advertise it) but the product delivered to me is something else; a pore cleaner, something totally useless to me with total waste of money. The packed product is without any proper packaging and the invoice contains no information regarding the firm also, it has two more layers of invoices beneath the one that contains my information.The return address is also wrong as, when I searched it on Google maps it showed no result found. Kindly, help me get my money back and also make sure the culprit to be punished hard so that no such activity takes place in the near future with anyone and protect other people from such fraudsters.
