Club Factory — delayed delivery of product

Hi

I have ordered sunglasses from club factory the order number is SO57904448
And it's still on the plane and crossed it's delivery date.No further update on the product very disgusting.this is second time I am writing to customer complaint regarding this order.At least this message should be forwarded to them.This isyou second order from club factory that I m facting issue.

They are not even updating such an awful app and fraudulent company.I want my money back.They are nice cheaters now they won't refund money to the bank account and the customer has to go through hell.Very disloyal app no one should ever recommend it .

I want my money back and this complaint should be forwarded to club factory and serious action should be taken if they can't deliver things then fraudulent cheaters should not advertise such a cheap low class company.
